During the Revolutionary war many brave Patriots hid their gold coins in obscure places away from the British. Many of these secret stashes were marked with a small American Flag. The NNJC Patriots have uncovered a list of these secret stashes! Finding one allows you the opportunity to acquire via pre-sale a limited edition Patriot GOLD Geocoin!
This game is designed to pay for itself. If we accomplish this goal, we’ll be able to sponsor additional fun games and adventures.
By finding a flag shaped pathtag, you agree to pre purchase a hand crafted limited edition Patriot GOLD Geocoin for only $10. Only 50 American Flag Pathtags will be hidden before the 2021 Metro Gathering - American Revolution Mega event. Finding this Pathtag and pre-purchasing the Patriot GOLD Geocoin is the only method to obtain one of the 50 Patriot GOLD Geocoins.
HOW TO PLAY "CAPTURE THE FLAG”
Under this metrogathering.org Capture the Flag tab, we will post Locations on the interactive map below with coordinates, some with pictures or other types of clues to where the secret American Flag stashes are located. Some clues may be easy, some may be difficult, some may have field clues that need to be followed. Who knows what types of adventures are waiting for you!
At each secret location will be a numbered American Flag Pathtag which is yours keep. Finding it, will GUARANTEE you the ability to pre-purchase one of the 50 limited edition Patriot Gold Geocoins at a $10.00 discount.
Similar to the Mega Event's Golden Ticket contest, the clues and coordinates will show up on the metrogathering.org website. The BIG difference…no puzzles to figure out. The challenge is simple, be the first person to Capture the Flag and you are a winner!! A fun twist on searching for an FTF.
Please DO NOT SEARCH for the American Flag Pathtag if you are not willing to pre-purchase the Patriot GOLD Geocoin for $10. As you might recall, we are a not-for-profit and these funds will be used to generate more Mega Event games and contests.
PARTICIPANT INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT:
1. By finding an Amerian Flag Pathtag, you agree to pre-purchase the limited edition Patriot GOLD Geocoin for $10.
2. There are only 50 American Flag Pathtags. Once found, it is yours for to keep. You will then follow the geocoin pre-order instruction below.
3. Only 1 American Flag Pathtag may be found per person. But feel free to help your friends after you find your Flag!
5. Limited edition Patriot GOLD Geocoins must be picked up at the Mega event 8/7/2021. If you cannot pick up at the MEGA, there will be a mail option with a $7 S&H charge (for US addresses) after the event. No coins will be mailed prior to the MEGA event.
WHAT TO DO AFTER I FIND THE CAPTURE THE FLAG PATHTAG?
You must immediately send a picture and confirmation into [email protected] where we will post the winners pictures. Your numbered American Flag Pathtag will be recorded as found so others know it is no longer available.
We will then send you a COUPON CODE to pre order your guaranteed Limited edition Patriot GOLD Geocoin for only $10. Please order within 48 hours at the "Sales" tab at this metrogathering.org site as the coupon will expire. Do not be surprised, the Geocoins will have a VERY large price tag on the website. The price will drop to $10 after you enter the coupon code.

You can purchase one of only 50 limited edition Patriot SILVER Geocoins. With the purchase of a SILVER Geocoin, you will also receive an American Flag Pathtag. Together, the set will cost $20 and be offered on a first come first serve basis.

These coins are the same design at the Gold coins but in Silver metal.
