Make your presence known at the Metro Gathering!

We welcome you to set up a pop-up or a small table for your Geocaching Club.
Just let us know who you are and a primary contact person and you're in!

We have some requirements that Waterloo Village has asked us to adhere to to maintain the feel of the historic site:

• No pop-ups larger than 12' x 12'. 
• Banners displayed must be smaller than 4' x 2'.  We will provide an 8 inch by 24 inch white blank sign that you can decorate yourself with your club information and then hang on your pop-up.
• Set-up must be done before 10AM.
