We honor and profile Patriot Anna Strong. Many woman of the Revolution were instrumental in passing valuable information to the patriot cause. Anna Strong utilized her farmstead on Long Island to help transfer intelligence information to the other members of the Culper spy ring. She arranged clothes on her clothesline as a means to signal fellow Culper spy Caleb Brewster regarding the location of hidden documents to be transported back to George Washington.
